PrediBall is a private prediction game you play with friends. Create a group, predict each fixture before kickoff, and watch the leaderboard update as matches finish. This page covers the most common questions; for anything else, email us below.

Getting started

1. Install the app and sign in with Apple or Google.
2. Create a group, or join one with an invite code from a friend.
3. Open the Fixtures tab and submit your prediction for each match before kickoff.
4. After a match ends, results post automatically and the leaderboard updates within a few minutes.

Common questions

I can't sign in

PrediBall uses Sign in with Apple and Google. If sign-in fails:

• Make sure you have a network connection.
• Try the other sign-in provider if one is failing — both link to the same account if they share an email.
• If you previously signed in with Google and now want to use Apple (or vice versa), open Apple ID settings and ensure the email shared with apps matches your previous account.

My prediction didn't save

Predictions lock at kickoff. If you submitted before kickoff but don't see your pick, pull-to-refresh on the Fixtures tab. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the group name, fixture, and approximate submission time so we can check the logs.

The leaderboard looks wrong

Match results are pulled from an external data provider. Once a match ends, scoring runs within a few minutes. If a result is incorrect (very rare), email us — we have a manual override.

I want to leave a group

Open the group, tap the gear icon (or three-dot menu), and choose Leave group. Your past predictions and points stay in the group's history so other members' rankings don't shift.

How do I delete my account?

Open the side drawer, tap your name to open your profile, and scroll to Delete account. Or follow the steps at prediball.app/delete-account.
